I loved these people. I’ve had many bad experiences going to the dentist or oral surgeon. The last oral surgeon I went to was rude and judgmental. It made me never want to have my teeth looked at again. But eventually I had some tooth pain and needed to find a place. “ Luckily I found this place. They were professional and welcoming. They made me feel like they weren’t just doing a job, they actually want to help people. It felt great and I think I found my permanent oral surgeon!

Having been a medical office manager for many years I feel compelled to acknowledge your staff and your entire practice. My husband had an extraction and implant today. From the very first phone call to assisting him to the car, your office staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. It is so rare to find any type of office where even a few people have some of the aforementioned characteristics. It is reassuring to know that your staff is genuine when caring for their patients.
The efficiency with which the practice operates was especially impressive to me as I have been in the trenches and know firsthand how difficult it is to achieve and maintain.
