First let me say that I hate dental procedures and have a huge Phobia and was recommended to Dr. Ladman for a root canal. I want to commend the staff in the Morganville office starting from the front desk to all the ladies in the back who treated me with compassion and were very caring and friendly. Dr. Ladman also took the time to listen to my concerns and walk me through the procedure while also displaying patience with me on the day of the root canal. A special thanks to Robin who went above and beyond in helping me after a complication I developed a few days later. Robin was able to listen to me a follow through on my request and got back to me very quickly calling the doctors on staff and even following up with me several times until she got me the results I was seeking. Keep up the good work!! I would recommend visiting this office and Dr. Ladman.

Outstanding! My son needed an emergency visit for an infected tooth and Cathy got him right in. When we arrived at the office Cathy was the first person we met with. You want to talk about a women who knows her job, (Don’t see that too often anymore) she is just the sweetest! Then we went back and met with Tina , medical assistant, and she was just as sweet! Tina took her time with us and explained everything. Turns out he has impacted wisdom teeth and an infection which required antibiotics. The dr was very thorough , also explains everything. Unfortunately we have Tricare Military and they don’t participate so we needed to follow with a different surgeon for the extractions but I highly recommend this office. They truly are just amazing !

Having been a medical office manager for many years I feel compelled to acknowledge your staff and your entire practice. My husband had an extraction and implant today. From the very first phone call to assisting him to the car, your office staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. It is so rare to find any type of office where even a few people have some of the aforementioned characteristics. It is reassuring to know that your staff is genuine when caring for their patients.
The efficiency with which the practice operates was especially impressive to me as I have been in the trenches and know firsthand how difficult it is to achieve and maintain.
