Staff here is completely disrespectful of customer time. I love how I live a half an hour away but I arrive 10 minutes early to be considerate and respectful so that I’m on time but nobody could give me a heads up that they were running behind prior to my call. If I’m going to be paying you several thousand dollars, I definitely expect a little more of a heads up then 8 minutes prior to my appt. Then 1116 came around only for me to find out it was going to be another 10 or 15 minutes. I’m getting a referral from my dentist for a different office, not taking the risk on my lunch break agAin. It’s understandable emergencies during surgery happen but maybe be proactive, contact your customers and don’t schedule consultations so close to the surgery so this can be avoided. Nothing is more frustrating than wasting an hour driving for nothing

When he did the procedure, we were very impressed with his skills as an oral surgeon. It was quick and painless. Strongly recommend not to visit this office-otherwise you will end up paying out of pocket expenses way more than agreed amount. Save yourself a big pain down the road by avoiding this office as they will not think twice to damage your credit by submitting wrongful amount to the collection. Avoid them at all cost as we are stuck with their unreasonable charges plus their collection charges of 30%. They will not work with you to resolve these issues.

Having been a medical office manager for many years I feel compelled to acknowledge your staff and your entire practice. My husband had an extraction and implant today. From the very first phone call to assisting him to the car, your office staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. It is so rare to find any type of office where even a few people have some of the aforementioned characteristics. It is reassuring to know that your staff is genuine when caring for their patients.
