The staff at in Dr. Ladman's office is absolutely fantastic. Super sweet, friendly, and accommodating. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed back in March and Dr. Schuessler was great with me, answering my questions, and even letting me come in earlier than my scheduled appt times if I needed to change my appt. The office staff is fantastic and personable, and really make you feel at home!

he has done dental surgery on me twice, and going back for a third tooth, his office is the most professional, kind, caring, i have ever encountered. he is a a brilliant dental surgeon, and i don't even hesitate or worry when my primary dentist says i need an implant. i know i am in the best hands possible.

I have never in my life been treated in such a rude manor until i went here. The secraterys and office people in back disgrimnate against how people look and produce a laughing disrespectful talking down tone and treat you like a child. Then send people home with infections with out finding an alternative solutions even though my insurance and primary referred me here based on my information. Its amazing that in this day and age people are still judging a book based on the cover. Who ever was not talking down to me or laughing i recieved cold attitued and nasty answers from. The last thing before i walked away i was thrown my insurance card on the desk and was told "bye!". I never dealt with 4 office woman who didnt known how to handle a situation properly. Unfortuantly it looks like disgrimantion is alive and well and right here in your marlboro waiting rooms. I pray for them to see what they have done and if not for themselves, at least change while your at work, we deserve it!

Having a surgical procedure done on our 4 year old was one of the hardest decisions that we had to make but are so glad that we did. Dr. Ladman and his staff were truly amazing! From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we were in good hands. The front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming and made sure everything was in place to make the experience as smooth as possible. Once in the examination room, Dr. Ladman and his staff worked diligently to ensure that we were comfortable and relaxed. The procedure went smoothly and we were very happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend Dr. Ladman to our closest friends, family, and any one looking for a highly experienced oral surgeon.

Having been a medical office manager for many years I feel compelled to acknowledge your staff and your entire practice. My husband had an extraction and implant today. From the very first phone call to assisting him to the car, your office staff has been nothing but professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. It is so rare to find any type of office where even a few people have some of the aforementioned characteristics. It is reassuring to know that your staff is genuine when caring for their patients.
